Payment Policy
We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We also will work with customers on payment plans and layaway plans. We are happy to consider other payment options on a case by case basis. Please email us to discuss.
*LAYAWAY*
We also will work with customers on payment plans and layaway plans. We do offer a layaway plan with a 30% down payment as the first month's payment, followed by three additional payments, which you make over the following three months to pay off the balance.
Example: If an item is $2,000.00, the down payment would be $600, followed by three payments of $466.66 to complete the balance over the following three months.
All layaways are non-refundable and the item(s) will not be shipped out until the balance is paid in full. If the customer decides not to follow through with the purchase the payment(s) become store credit. Please contact us in you are interested in a layaway.
*HOLDS*
We will hold or reserve an item for up to 24 hours, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need more than a day, on a case by case basis we will hold longer with a non-refundable deposit.
*SALES TAX*
Sales tax will be added to any order shipping to a California address.
Shipping Policy
We will send USPS first class, priority mail or priority mail express. Every shipment will be accompanied by a tracking number which you will be emailed once the item(s) ship. Shipping for items $700 or more is free.
*International Shipping*
If you are an international buyer in a county not listed as ones we ship to, please send us a message for more information.
Due to the nature of international shipping, we can not guarantee a delivery date. There also may be separate custom fees and import taxes and those are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase within three days of receiving the item, we will offer a full refund minus shipping and insurance charges. Anything after that will be store credit only. Shipping charges and insurance will not be refunded or credited. Customer is responsible the cost of shipping the item back in the same way it was received.
Items that have been sized or altered will not be refunded. We will offer store credit.
Items purchased in installments (deposits & layaway plans) are non refundable, in store credit only.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please send us a message in advance of purchase if you have any questions or concerns so we can supply further information or clarification.

Please feel free to contact us with questions about our items and policies. We will usually respond within 24 hours if not sooner.
*Sizing*
With any ring purchase in our store, we will including the sizing smaller of an item and sizing larger up to two sizes. If you need sizing larger than two additional sizes, please contact us for an estimate. Please be aware that having us size the ring will add additional processing time. All sizings are done by us and if you need the ring by a specific date please let us know and we will do all we can to accommodate you.
